You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data belonging to other users. Automated scraping or bulk data extraction is prohibited.
All content, branding, and technology within KYNEX are owned by or licensed to KYNEX. You retain ownership of data you upload but grant KYNEX a limited licence to process it for service delivery.
KYNEX is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KYNEX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
